To enable us to provide a quality service, we need to know if you are dissatisfied with the service you have received. We would also like to know if you are particularly satisfied.
For complaints, we would expect you to speak to your key worker in the first instance. Most of the time complaints can be dealt with at this point. However if this is not the case, then please pass any written complaint or compliment to your JST worker, or post it to the address on our contact page.
